May I rent the boat without the captain? No sorry: we don’t rent our boat without our professional skipper
I paid the 20% advance rate and confirmed the order. Now? What does it happen? After confirming the reservation thanks to the advance payment of 20% of the total, you can safely go to the quay from which you chose to leave (on the right you will find the exact point indicated on the map). The rest of the amount you will have to pay on board. If you want more information write an email or contact us on WhatsApp (text only).
Which are the payment methods do you accept? How can I book a boat tour on your website ? We accept only secure and refundable payments through PayPal and Stripe. If you instead want to book through bank transfer, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.
How can I reach the port? After booking and having paid you can contact us via email to organize a car transport service in order to get the port.
In case of bad weather what does it happen? The entire refund will be given only in case of “very bad” weather conditions and in case it will not be possible to postpone the boat tour.
What does it happen in case of no-show? All the amount (including VAT) it will be charged in case of no-show.
If I cancel the booking within 14 days before departure what does it happen? The full amount will be charged including VAT if the reservations are cancelled between 14 days and the departure date.
If I cancel the booking between the 29th and 15th day before departure, what does it happen? The 50% deposit will be charged if the reservation is cancelled between 29 and 15 days prior to the tour boat date.
What I have to do the day of departure? Where I have to to go? The day of the boat tour we’ll wait for you to the departure port at your pick-up time. Our staff will welcome you on our yacht. If you need more information about the embarkation point you can use the map on this page
At what time is the departure? We can depart at your favorite time. We suggest between 9:00 and 10:30 to enjoy the best hours of the day.
Do you depart from my place? Yes, we depart from any port in the bay of Naples and Salerno, including isles. Just tell us where your accommodation is and we will pick you up directly in front of your hotel, while the boat will sail from the nearby port.
Which yacht is better for me? The type of yacht depends on the basis of your preference, style and budget. Please check our fleet photo galleries and select your favorite boat or yacht experience.
I will spend my holiday together with my dog: can I take him with us during the boat excursion? For sure: on board our yachts you can take only small dogs
